Our team is sort of like the A-Team from the 80's tv show, except we're not running from the law. We are an extremely diverse group, each with our own areas of specialization, but as a whole we share one common goal - to produce the most effective and efficient solutions possible for our clients.

Sam Samuel Harper :: Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Pyxis International, Samuel Harper leads a revolutionary new kind of services firm - one that spans the globe to respond to the needs of underserved markets, leverages the technologies of the new economy, while offering a new service model to clients world wide.

Samuel sets the company's strategic direction, leads its professionals in developing and delivering global solutions in unprecedented time frames.

As co-founder of Pyxis International in 1998 he has led the company through almost two years of phenomenal growth and international expansion. After starting out in Switzerland with 4 people, Pyxis has grown to over 30 people operating in 4 countries.

Prior to founding Pyxis, Samuel was an executive with Cambridge Technology Partners in Geneva and Zurich.

Joe Joe Cromer :: Director of Client Services

Joe Cromer is one of the original Pyxis magnificent seven, and has been with the company since it started in 1998. Since moving from South Carolina to establish the original Chicago office, Joe has served as lead consultant on many of the major Pyxis projects. He is currently working with several key clients in Switzerland and Europe as Pyxis expands its client base in these regions.

Joe's past experience varies from building an e-commerce solution for the Chicago Transit Authority, to helping create an online sampling program for The Sunflower Group and Unilever in the United States, to helping create the initial online presence for QQAAXX, an exciting new technology company in Rome Italy.

Bobby Janaki Deferne :: Director Switzerland

A co-founder of Pyxis in 1998, Janaki has been instrumental from the beginning to bring solid technical skills and project management to the team.

As the Director of Switzerland, Janaki guides the sales and execution of our client's requests at Pyxis and leads our main technical and project managment team to create the most effective business and technical solutions for our clients.
